41North hosts inaugural Yampa Valley Farm-to-Table Spring Roast

Taking place March 23, 2019, from 6:30 PM – 11 PM, 41North is proud to host the first ever Yampa Valley Farm-to-Table Spring Roast featuring Best of the Boat award winner Buffalo Commons. From the event page:

Please join us for a catered pig roast featuring locally-sourced ingredients from throughout Colorado and the Yampa Valley! Featuring food prepared by Chef de Cuisine Patrick Ayres with additional sides by Yampa Valley’s own southern comfort-food truck, Grit Girls.

Dinner includes one free drink ticket and music provided by 2018 Best of the Boat award-winner Buffalo Commons. A portion of all event proceeds goes toward charitable causes, including LiftUp of Routt County, and Help Ashley Walk. All ages welcome!
