Partake in 5-7 courses of exceptional farm-to-table fine dining, conceived and prepared by Executive Chef Cole Theeves for a unique, one-night-only tasting menu highlighting some of the finest fresh produce and proteins Yampa Valley and Colorado have to offer.
Each guest will enjoy exclusive cocktails (or mocktails) featuring Colorado spirits and local herbs and ingredients, along with passed appetizers, and a full, plated tasting menu comprised of local ingredients. Wines will be paired with select courses and are including as part of the evening.
